Lidl and Trek, two trusted brands, have teamed up to inspire more people to live healthier, more active lives and to help grow the popularity of cycling. Across more than 12,000 stores worldwide, Lidl promotes nutritious eating and overall well-being. The professional athletes of Lidl-Trek proudly serve as role models and ambassadors, championing this shared mission both on and off the bike.



Campaign
From cycling fans to everyday Lidl shoppers, the campaign spoke to all kinds of audiences. Designed for European markets, it launched during key cycling events, following the Trek team throughout the season. We didn’t just report on their journey and achievements, we took customers deeper into the world of cycling with exclusive rider interviews, tips from the team’s chef and nutritionist, and engaging giveaways. Tailored content across multiple channels brought Lidl’s key values to life: healthy eating, active living, sustainability, and great quality at low prices.

To support the rollout across Europe, a full toolkit of campaign assets ranging from social media posts to point-of-sale materials and catalogue visuals was developed.
Each country received a flexible content package and posting plan, so local teams could activate the campaign at their own pace and in a way that fit their market best.
