Before the brand book was written the METRO brand went through the serious transformation, including the refreshed corporate identity, completed brand guidelines and a new tone of voice to assure the consistency of all the communication.
After collecting every piece of information about the company, the brand, its core principles and values it was rounded up to make an easily digestible hand book.
For the first time in 50 years METRO has a manuscript capturing their history, their brand positioning and their plans for the future for everyone to read.
